Kate's Story

As a mother of two, I deeply understand the unique challenges women face in their bodies during pregnancy and postpartum. After the birth of my first child, I felt profoundly isolated and followed the standard “all-clear” to resume exercise at eight weeks following an emergency C-section. Like many women, I jumped back into the movements my body once handled with ease, only to cause lasting damage.

That experience became the catalyst for my mission. Through extensive education and a corrective exercise approach, I now specialize in helping mothers heal and rebuild with confidence. I’m especially passionate about addressing pelvic floor dysfunction — including leaking, prolapse, and diastasis recti — through a full-body, integrative method that goes far beyond traditional core exercises.

I believe these challenges shouldn’t be reasons to stop moving. Instead, they become powerful opportunities to relearn fundamental movement patterns, rebuild deep core strength, and emerge stronger and more resilient than before. My programs are designed for pregnant women and mothers — whether newly postpartum or many years on — who want to regain strength progressively, move without pain, and feel supported in their bodies again.

Most importantly, I create a safe, understanding space where you are never alone. What you’re experiencing may be common, but it is not something you have to simply accept as “normal.” Together, we’ll celebrate your progress and restore both strength and confidence.

I am a Certified Pre/Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (certified via Dr. Sarah Duvall's PCES) and a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM).
