Young Mothers Staying Fit

Postnatal Restore and Reconnect Program 

My passion is helping mothers return to fitness, rediscover their strength, and embrace their new identity in their postpartum bodies. This 4-week workshop series offers a progressive, supportive, and controlled environment where we gently address common postpartum challenges such as muscular imbalances, pelvic floor dysfunction (including leaking with sneezing or laughing — which is common, but not normal), diastasis recti, and core rehabilitation. Together, we’ll focus on proper breathing strategies, foundational movement patterns, and safe strength-building techniques.

This program is designed as an intentional, beautiful space for mothers to connect, share their journeys openly, and support one another. Through gentle, purposeful exercises, you’ll heal, rebuild a strong foundation, and master fundamental movements that create lasting change. My goal is to help you move forward with confidence, prevent injury, and return to the activities you love — without fear holding you back.

Babies are warmly welcome (before the crawling stage) and must remain in a pram or capsule to ensure everyone can fully focus and benefit from the session.

Location: Burleigh, Gold Coast QLD

Dates and time: July 21, 2026 at 1:00pm

Duration: 4 weeks

Price: $200

To secure your spot a bank transfer of $50 will be required.   Expected to fill up quickly as we plan on keeping this to a smaller group.

Prenatal  Fitness Program and Workshop Series 

This program will be for pregnant mothers looking to maintain strength for a healthy pregnancy.  Creating life can take a lot out of us physically and continuing to move throughout pregnancy in a way that keeps our pelvic floor and core safe is extremely beneficial both in our labour and postpartum recovery. ​​
