The Postnatal Core Restore | Birth to Balance
Who I am. This program is run by Katelyn Hurditch, trading as Birth to Balance, Tallebudgera QLD. Contact: Birth2Balance@gmail.com.
What you get. A 4-week online postnatal program with videos, guides and checklists, accessed through your account on birthtobalance.com. You get lifetime access, for as long as the program is running.
Payment. Prices are in Australian dollars and paid securely at checkout through Wix. I never see your card details.
Refunds. Because you get instant access to all program content, I don't offer refunds for change of mind. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If something isn't working or isn't as described, email me and I'll make it right.
Your health. Please complete the short participant waiver before your first workout. The program is general exercise education, not medical advice, and doesn't replace care from your GP or women's health physio.
Using the content. The program is for your personal use only. Please don't share your login, videos or documents.
Changes. I may update the program or these terms. The latest version will always be on my website.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
